Jobs Requirement
- Any graduated
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management, Customer Service and Selling skills
- Age 28 and above
- At least (2) years of experience as a Sales supervisor
- At least (4) years of experience in the Sales and Marketing of the Automotive field or Lubricant distribution field
- Must have excellent skills to meet the sale target of the organization through effecting planning and budgeting
- Communication skills, technical skills, interpersonal skills, reporting skills, problem-solving skills, customer services skill, and negotiation skills
- Well-experienced in way planning, customer relations, and driving sale team performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Must be able to complete work within the deadline.
- Must be proficient in reporting.
- Must have good communication skills, especially being able to collaborate with teamwork.
- Able to drive a car and must have a Driving License as well
